Where it all started

You caOver 11 years ago I started my dog training journey by rescuing my beloved Golden Labrador Ralph.I had previously always bought puppies and trained them using old fashioned methods and my dogs were well behaved, far from perfect but no real problems.
Unfortunately or fortunately, depending upon how you look at it, Ralph came with a few issues. Dog aggression, destructive chewing, jumping on people and furniture and stealing food.
I tried everything I knew at that time to change his behaviours without success. That's when we discovered this method of training dogs and it has changed both Ralph and my life.n change my font, size, line height, color and more by highlighting part of me and selecting the options from the toolbar.
I did a professional dog trainers course in 2006 and I have fostered and retrained countless dogs since.
I have also been helping people with their dogs in their own homes over the past 10 years with fantastic results
The Idea
The Problem with traditional dog training schools is that often it takes years to train your dog to do the most common requested obedience. Most people want their dogs to walk on a loose lead, to come back when called and not to jump on them.
The idea behind Top Marks Dog Training is to provide a service that caters for todays' busy lifestyles. We will teach you how to train your dog with a method we know works over a very short time through our intensive training method.
We will also offer a standard group training class for those that prefer to learn at a slower pace.
